CONSIDERATIONS
Although almost all information in the town clerk’s office is public, there should be discussions as to what is published. This should be addressed within your town as your pages get more complex than the basics listed above.
These discussions can start right away but should not delay posting the basic information described above.
My rule of thumb is if the information is tacked to the bulletin board there is no need to question its publishing.
Other information MAY need input of others. This is where policy is very useful. Remember....all information can be changed instantly.
