Center for Rural Studies

HONDURAS / VERMONT

COLLABORATIVE PROJECTS SITE

In June of 2002, staff-members of the University of Vermont's Center for Rural Studies and Community Development and Applied Economics Dept. will travel to Honduras to collaborate with Hondurans on various product development and information technology issues important to the region.  This is all part of a long tradition of cooperation, information sharing, and travel between Honduras and Vermont.  This website is part of our communication scheme between Honduras and Vermont to help both groups share ideas and information on each other and to prepare for the day when we will meet to work together this summer.  Be on the lookout for new developments and changes as members of both groups make contributions to this site.

The main attraction so far is photos and biographical information on the Hondurans and Vermonters who will be working together on these projects.  Most of the information is on the Vermont side so far, but we're always adding new information!  Scroll down to see what's available.
