EXERCISE NINE
THE ORIENTATION PROCESS
An exercise similar to the recruiting process, this can be planned
by a single person but the more input into the process, the more
invested the members will be. Designate a place for this planning
exercise on the agenda before folks are tired and ready to go home.

Step 2--how will they learn best?
Step 3--who should provide the information?
Step 4--when should the information be provided?
