• The Digital Divide in Vermont
  A policy brief on barriers to the use of information technology, the Internet and high-speed connections in Vermont.
  
  
• Municipal E-Government Outreach
  Supports the use of information technology in municipal offices for the purpose of finding new and innovative ways of disseminating local government serivices and information. This support is delivered in the form of training, research for appropriate I.T. solutions, facilitation of discussion for adoption of local I.T. management policies developing conferences and meetings on I.T. topics, and the development of web-based resources.
  
  
• Community Planning Tools for Vermont
  Several products have been developed, including the online Vermont Planning Information Center, the Vermont Town Plan Guide, Addison County RPC's Buildout Analysis Tool, and the VT Department of Housing and Community Affairs' Planning Manual For Vermont Municipalities.

  Online resources for Vermont Municipal officials including Information Technology, Grants, State and National organizations. Leadership and training materials.
  
  
• Vermont Citizen's Guides to Government and Decision Making
  How-to guides from the Vermont Institute for Government on Vermont local government processes.
  
  
• Program Evaluation Resources
  The Center for Rural Studies provides extensive program evaluation services to a variety of non-profit organizations throughout the state of Vermont.



• Wiring Rural Vermont
  A tool kit for community telecommunications planning produced by the Vermont Council on Rural Development.
  
  
• Collecting Community Data
  Strategies for collecting community information by the Director of the Center for Rural Studies.
  
  
• Vermont Exporters Electronic Mailing List
  A listserv has been developed for Export Service Providers and Exporters in Vermont. The Export Listserv enables subscribers to send a message to all subscribed to the list, by just sending email to one address
